Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to assess and improve clients' mental health.

• Encourage clients to explore and express their emotions and experiences, fostering personal insight and growth.

• Advocate for clients by helping them identify and set meaningful goals for their mental health journey.

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused approaches.

• Perform regular follow-ups to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring optimal client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who have been prescreened to ensure they are stable and present low acuity cases. This effective triage process allows you to focus on providing therapeutic interventions to individuals who are ready to engage in the healing process and work collaboratively towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent license issued by the state board, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience\n
