Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized course of therapy for clients struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide consistent support through regular teletherapy sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies and tools tailored to their unique challenges.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and specialists, when necessary.

• Document treatment plans and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure coordinated care and compliance with regulations.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, employing strong crisis management skills to support clients in distress.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds and with varying mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
