Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will require a blend of clinical expertise and interpersonal skills. Specific responsibilities include:

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are mandatory for this role:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently—one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limitations on your license, including disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and empathy in client interactions.

• Proficient computer skills to effectively utilize our therapy platform and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require at least two years of experience in a mental health counseling capacity, those with specific expertise in telehealth or a background in community health environments will be at an advantage. Strong familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques will also be beneficial in ensuring client success.
