Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments on individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to understand their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on initial assessments, collaborating with clients to set achievable goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address mental health concerns and foster personal growth.

• Engage in consistent communication with team members through documentation, interdisciplinary meetings, and patient rounds to ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Provide case management services, liaising with hospital and community resources to deliver comprehensive support to clients.
