Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and management for clients in acute mental health distress.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, therapeutic practices, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay informed of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse cultural and personal backgrounds of clients is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in New Jersey.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

• Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
