Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate and diagnose patients’ psychological conditions effectively.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique mental health needs.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in individual or group sessions.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and families regarding mental health concerns, therapeutic options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatments, and trauma-informed methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on developing therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
