Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs through structured interviews, standardized tests, and observation techniques, developing personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver individual, group, and family therapy tailored to varied mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary health team to ensure that clients receive holistic care, coordinating interventions and follow-ups effectively.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients who face acute emotional distress, employing therapeutic techniques to stabilize and support them during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
