This position is primarily remote, operating from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. Our clinic is supported by a robust infrastructure designed to facilitate effective communication among the treatment team. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring an integrated approach to mental health care that enhances client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct detailed psychological assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health conditions and ascertain their specific treatment needs.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on measurable goals and outcomes, based on clients’ unique situations.

  • Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and updates on clients’ progress during regular case consultation meetings.

  • Educate and support clients' family members, fostering their involvement in the healing journey and enhancing the overall support system for the client.

  • Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related issues. Our clinic serves a low to moderate-income population, many of whom face barriers to accessing mental health services. You will be instrumental in not only providing therapy but also in advocating for resources that support their broader health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Substantial familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to a wide range of mental health disorders.
