Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility or geographical challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with ethical, legal, and clinical standards.

As a therapist at BWL Mental Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
