Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of various clients' experiences and challenges.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth or remote platforms, demonstrating the ability to adapt to technology in a supportive way.

• A background in working with a diverse client population, including culturally competent approaches to therapy.
