Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at New Leaf Counseling Center, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, empathetic mental health services. Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting one-on-one mental health counseling sessions over video platforms, ensuring a confidential and reassuring environment for clients.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities, tailored to individual client needs, to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Creating customized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic strategies for each client, promoting their personal growth and wellness.

• Engaging clients in meaningful dialogue to help them develop insights into their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse group of clients, primarily stable adults with low acuity mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) to practice independently without supervision. We cannot accept limited or provisional licenses.
