Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques in individual and group therapy settings to support clients in managing anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs, stressors, and personal goals, leading to personalized treatment plans that integrate mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops focused on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and innovative coping strategies to enhance clients' well-being.

• Guide clients through effective mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Collaborate with our team of therapists to create a cohesive approach to client care, integrating mindfulness into all aspects of treatment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions via our secure online system, ensuring adherence to best practices and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with a diverse population of clients seeking therapy for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational challenges. You will help empower clients to cultivate skills that lead to enhanced emotional resilience and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
