Work Environment\n

This role is set within a remote work environment, allowing you to maximize flexibility while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position requires availability during the standard workweek, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account patients' cultural backgrounds, helping to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions to effectively address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Serve as a responsive resource during mental health crises, providing immediate support and interventions in urgent situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to create an integrated approach to care that enhances patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment pathways, and available community resources that they can access for further support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in adherence to state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of patient information.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidenced through experience and education, paired with a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, enabling you to effectively navigate sensitive and challenging situations.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, equipped to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
