Paragon Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists, specifically LMFTs, LCPCs, or LCSWs, to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. In this integral role, you will provide high-quality mental health counseling to a diverse patient population and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, providing therapists with the flexibility to conduct sessions from their own home while effectively managing patient care. Although this is a virtual setting, therapists are part of a cohesive team, engaging in regular team meetings and collaborative discussions to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. The work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, strengths, and weaknesses, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that create communal spaces for discussion and healing around common mental health issues.
\n
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive care and continuity of services.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate and effective care.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, discuss treatment options, and connect them with appropriate community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in case consultations, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to team meetings to share insights and improve practice.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists will have the privilege of working with a wide-ranging patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. We emphasize a trauma-informed perspective, aiming to provide services that are sensitive to the intricate experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, valid licensure to practice in the state of Nevada as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapies, particularly to diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Strong ethical judgment, maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.
\n
• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications effectively.
\n
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in a teamwork-oriented environment.

• Previous experience with community mental health settings, understanding the unique dynamics and challenges faced by similar organizations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Paragon Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
