Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health needs, which guides the creation of customized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure telehealth platforms, adapting your approach to meet the individual client’s preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, providing ongoing support and monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Employ diverse therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues. Our telehealth model enables you to connect with clients across Rockford, Illinois, and beyond, providing much-needed support and guidance in a comfortable, accessible format.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients in a remote setting, facilitate discussions, and document findings.

• An empathetic nature and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records smoothly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or utilizing digital communication tools for therapy.

• Prior involvement in developing treatment plans and successfully implementing therapeutic techniques for a range of clients.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
