Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify individual needs.
\n
• Deliver effective individual and family therapy, tailoring approaches based on each patient’s unique background and concerns.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including billing processes, individualized treatment plans, and necessary insurance authorization forms.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety strategies, relapse prevention frameworks, and wellness models to empower patients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans to support patients’ ongoing mental health needs post-therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations, alongside NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training and education, maintaining licensure requirements and enhancing therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and discussing best practices for patient care.
\n
• Complete mandatory training and licensure maintenance requirements systematically and on time.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will enable you to empower patients from various backgrounds, fostering inclusive and culturally sensitive therapeutic environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Active licensing as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth therapy settings is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of working in diverse cultural environments and employing a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Prior involvement with multidisciplinary teams is a plus, demonstrating collaborative patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

For qualified candidates, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 per year, contingent upon licensure and relevant experience.
