Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Valid and current state-issued mental health counseling license (specifically LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) enabling independent practice.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect compassionately with clients across various backgrounds.

• Proficient in using technology, including having access to a computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.

• Stable and reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted remote counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. All compensation is processed through weekly direct deposits for your convenience.
