Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations, including psychosocial interviews and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various client formats.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patients receive continuous and comprehensive care.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Educate patients and their families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to effectively manage mental health conditions.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize client success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
