Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, thereby equipping them with essential knowledge and coping skills.

• Monitor client progress continually, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as LCSW-C, LCMFT, LMFT, or LCPC in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
