Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via video chat, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Guiding clients to explore and discuss their emotions, personal experiences, and challenges that affect their mental well-being.

• Assisting clients in setting and achieving their therapeutic goals through tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals who are seeking mental health support through telehealth. Many clients may experience barriers to traditional therapy, such as geographical limitations or mobility issues. We ensure that all clients are pre-screened, allowing you to work with stable adults possessing low to moderate acuity levels, which facilitates effective and impactful therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of one of the following valid licenses is mandatory: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C) .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and therapy platforms to conduct sessions and manage client communications.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or online counseling practices is advantageous. Candidates with a strong background in a specific therapeutic modality, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, may be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your compensation will range between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked and client engagement. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your physical well-being. We offer weekly direct deposit payments to ensure timely remuneration for your hard work.
