Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including intake evaluations, to understand and diagnose clients' mental health concerns accurately.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and allied health professionals, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local resources, becoming an advocate for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Required licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting, demonstrating successful therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
