Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for clients to gain an understanding of their mental health status and specific needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals and preferences, ensuring personalized care.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, employing solution-focused modalities and adapting approaches based on client feedback.

• Utilize teletherapy technologies to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy, compassion, and active listening.

• A strong organizational mindset and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple cases and schedule demands.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure.
