Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for individual clients and groups to determine their needs, clinical diagnoses, and appropriate treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients, promoting a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic environment.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, implementing appropriate therapeutic techniques to stabilize situations effectively.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating and cooperating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans for clients.
