Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while connected with a passionate team of professionals. Our clinic facilitates a supportive community where therapists can engage in regular video conferences, virtual team meetings, and receive ongoing support from peers and supervisors. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as the need arises. Flexibility may be necessary to accommodate client schedules and urgencies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to assess clients' psychological states and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual’s specific issues and goals.

• Create and implement personalized treatment strategies using evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and foster personal growth.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all facets of clients’ mental health needs.

• Assist with crisis intervention and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and relevant community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in case discussions, team trainings, and ongoing professional development to continuously elevate the quality of care we provide.

• Stay informed about industry advancements, innovative practices, and regulatory changes that impact mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues. Our patients include individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, personality disorders, trauma histories, and more. Your work will involve providing compassionate and tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at helping these individuals navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required and must be maintained throughout employment.

• A strong foundational knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care principles.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, formulate effective treatment plans, and execute tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic frameworks.

• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and a calm demeanor in high-stress environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and establishing trust with clients.

• Ability to effectively utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and other pertinent technologies.

Preferred Experience\n
