Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients focused on enhancing well-being and managing stress.

• Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to suit their individual needs.

• Guide clients in mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises that promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops and classes on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness into one-on-one therapy sessions to effectively address clients' mental health concerns and support their growth and development.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices within a broader therapeutic context and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client progress, therapy interventions, and treatment plans using electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
