Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, needs, and cultural perspectives.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, addressing acute distress while ensuring continuity of care in partnership with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with vital skills to manage their conditions effectively.

• Engage in outcome assessments regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment approaches and adjust plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n
