Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional states.

• Develop personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, to facilitate clients' healing.

• Monitor client progress meticulously and revise treatment approaches as needed to ensure continuous progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, offering guidance and support during pivotal moments.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering to legal standards and ethical practices in mental health.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive mental health services.

• Commit to ongoing education by staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health care practices.

Qualifications\n
