Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that incorporate their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and therapeutic needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions spanning individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, including methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress and ensure continuity of care by coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective management strategies, and skills to promote self-sufficiency.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care tailored to client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
