Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions in various formats, including individual sessions, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services by offering immediate support and resources to clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by bonus opportunities based on performance.
