This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to typical business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, specifically focusing on mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that accurately reflect their goals, preferences, and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific issues presented by each client.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding treatment options, management strategies, and mental health resources.

• Monitor clients’ progress consistently throughout the therapeutic process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated care approach that addresses both therapeutic and medical aspects of mental health.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, applying evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods, specifically CBT and DBT for mood disorders.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• A proven record of successful treatment outcomes in mental health, particularly for mood disorders.
