This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. While you will primarily engage with patients online, our supportive team is always just a call or video chat away, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. You will benefit from a structured Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, strengths, and areas for growth, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect these insights.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate meaningful change in clients' lives.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common issues faced by patients, providing a sense of community and shared experience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in emergencies, helping clients navigate urgent mental health situations with empathy and skill.

• Educate patients about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of all patient interactions and treatment planning in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and attend team meetings to share insights and strategies with colleagues.

• Continuously update your knowledge of the latest developments in mental health therapy, utilizing ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from individuals facing chronic mental health conditions to families seeking guidance on relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Proficient in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, showcasing sensitivity to client variances.
\n
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

• Strong ethical standards and professional boundaries.
\n
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using specific therapeutic modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
