Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health status, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals based on evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic progress.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities, such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols to enhance their effectiveness.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to support clients during emergencies, ensuring safety and immediate assistance.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records that comply with HIPAA and other legal requirements.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and additional healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Commit time to continued education, attending training sessions and workshops to refine clinical practices and stay informed about ongoing developments in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will be working primarily with adult clients who are seeking therapeutic support for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
