Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to ascertain their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and others, to guide clients toward their goals.

• Maintain open communication with the clinical team, contributing to interdisciplinary care planning through documentation and participation in regular meetings.

• Showcase your clinical expertise by providing interventions that address the psychological, social, and safety needs of clients of all ages.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, engaging in case management practices that involve consulting with health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines while completing documentation in a timely manner, ensuring all records reflect the high standards of care we uphold.

Qualifications\n
