Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their needs and developing tailored intervention plans based on recovery-oriented practices.

• Effectively communicate with multidisciplinary staff members regarding patient assessments, treatment interventions, and the overall care plan, ensuring thorough documentation and participation in scheduled meetings, like patient rounds.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, collaborating with hospital and community professionals to coordinate holistic care that optimally addresses each client's specific circumstances and goals.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and prompt completion of necessary documentation, ensuring that client records reflect accurate progress and interventions.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques within your practice, alongside other evidence-based methods, to equip clients with strategies for improved mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; further education or specialty certifications will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
