Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to meet the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support in high-stress situations, helping clients navigate acute mental health crises with compassion and expertise.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records for each client, documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive integrated and comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients' needs and rights as necessary.

At Roseville Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in Illinois.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
