Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to effectively treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate and tailored initial discharge plans.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as relevant to the patient’s treatment plan, adjusting approaches as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Prepare and revise treatment plans that coordinate additional services required for patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all therapy services provided, adhering to facility and professional standards.
\n
• Manage a consistently assigned caseload of clients and participate in treatment team meetings to ensure cohesive and integrated care.

• Foster a positive and empathetic atmosphere for clients, addressing any unmet needs or complaints professionally.
\n
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and confidentiality in all clinical interactions.

• Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisory staff to further enhance patient care and clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a valid state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
