Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals, adapting approaches based on their evolving situations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, using clinical metrics to assess treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies both during and outside regular session hours as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records following legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring client information is secure and accessible.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, encompassing psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies to ensure best practices are being implemented in therapeutic sessions.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in training opportunities to refine clinical skills and keep licensure active.
