Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, including psychological, emotional, and social factors, to formulate precise clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each client.

• Provide various therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to client circumstances.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and stability while navigating through difficult moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client records, encompassing treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to legal, ethical, and institutional standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a holistic treatment approach.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, acting as an advocate to support clients’ rights and access to necessary services.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and community resources to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse spectrum of age groups and backgrounds, dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will provide individualized attention to clients’ unique stories, promoting a therapeutic atmosphere whereby they can feel safe to share and heal.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Illinois, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• A minimum of two years’ relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
