Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to better understand each patient’s unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, considering each patient’s cultural context and personal background for effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a unified and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support in mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
