This position operates remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative work culture with our outpatient office team in Naperville. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and design individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to empower clients facing common mental health challenges, enhancing their sense of community and belonging.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver cohesive and holistic care.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services adeptly, responding swiftly to mental health emergencies with appropriate support and guidance.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that could benefit their journey towards recovery.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance.

• Participate proactively in case consultations, weekly team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health care to integrate new insights into practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure in the state of Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Ability to conduct detailed mental health evaluations and confidently formulate treatment strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
\n
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in providing mental health counseling to individuals or groups.

• Experience working with diverse populations and handling a variety of mental health issues is a plus.

• Proficiency in virtual teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
