Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Provide individual therapy using diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others based on client needs.
\n
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and consistently monitor progress through regular evaluations.
\n
• Utilize teletherapy to offer accessibility for clients facing transportation, physical, or other barriers to in-person therapy.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals struggling with a range of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will provide services to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families, and ensure that each client receives culturally competent care tailored to their unique backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to build rapport with clients in a telehealth setting.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to work with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from varying backgrounds.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to maintain a full caseload.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Candidates with a background in working within diverse or underserved populations will be highly regarded. Those who have additional certifications in specialized therapy approaches (for example, EMDR or play therapy) will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to competitive salary packages, we provide the following benefits:
