Working with us means engaging in a flexible yet structured remote setting that fully supports your work-life balance while prioritizing patient care. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology for teletherapy sessions and electronic health records (EHR), enabling you to efficiently conduct sessions and manage documentation. Your scheduled workweek will typically be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among participants.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate care and create a supportive network around each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
