Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Beaumont Mental and Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, thereby formulating individualized treatment plans aligned with their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A current, valid license in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients virtually and guide them through their therapeutic journeys.
\n
• Empathy and a deep understanding of clients’ experiences, enabling effective support and connection.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to independently manage a diverse caseload and ensure timely session documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be favored:
