Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to analyze patients' needs and devise tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, when delivering one-on-one or family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a nurturing atmosphere that encourages shared learning and emotional support.

• Collaborate diligently with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure integrated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and appropriate resources.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and community resources to enhance understanding and access to care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records that comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
