This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while you serve clients across the geographical spectrum from the comfort of your home. Our community health clinic operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you the opportunity to create and manage your own work schedule. At Gracious Growth, we provide in-house credentialing and manage insurance participation, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best—providing quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and adolescents to identify their specific mental health needs and create tailored intervention strategies.

• Facilitating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Documenting assessment results and treatment plans meticulously, participating in interdisciplinary care meetings, and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care approach.

• Providing case management services to assigned patients, ensuring effective communication with community resources and other service providers.
\n
• Providing ongoing support, follow-up, and adjustments to treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
\n
• Completing administrative documentation within ethical and timely standards to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population which includes individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and various other psychological challenges. Your expertise as a Mental Health Therapist will be essential in fostering a supportive environment that encourages healing and growth through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are essential:

• You must hold a license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is necessary to qualify for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
