Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility needed to balance work and personal commitments. However, you may occasionally be asked to participate in team meetings or collaborative sessions held at our outpatient office located in Henderson, Nevada. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that each patient's unique background and needs are acknowledged and understood.

• Providing individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs identified during assessments, blending therapeutic methodologies to facilitate healing and growth.

• Completing necessary billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in accordance with specified time frames, promoting operational efficiency.

• Developing comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to empower clients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Creating effective discharge plans that support clients' transitions out of therapy, ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Adhering to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to maintain professional integrity and compliance.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills and competencies.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute insights and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Completing all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain high standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your culturally sensitive approach will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients, thereby enhancing treatment outcomes and fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for appropriate licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient mental health settings, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and knowledge of current best practices in mental health treatment will be advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in developing treatment plans and experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience. Our benefits package includes:
