Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Mantra Counseling Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Providing individual therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to client needs.

• Establishing and tracking therapeutic goals while monitoring client progress through regular assessments and reviews.

• Offering teletherapy options to ensure continued support for clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of therapy sessions to adhere to ethical and professional standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interaction.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
