Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients' therapeutic journeys.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients with resources, community, and tools to manage their mental health effectively.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding effectively to mental health emergencies and ensuring client safety.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
