Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, allowing for flexible scheduling and access to care.

• Assess client needs through comprehensive intake interviews and evaluative tools to create and implement personalized treatment plans focused on specific mental health goals.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, incorporating new insights and feedback to foster a responsive therapeutic environment.

• Keep meticulous and accurate client records that comply with HIPAA guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and safety of all client information.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including adults seeking help for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a mental health therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)).

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy within a variety of treatment settings.

• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing digital technology to conduct remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
