This position operates entirely in a remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will be equipped with the tools necessary for effective virtual therapy, including access to industry-leading online systems for managing client records, scheduling, and treatment documentation. You will have regular check-ins with fellow team members and supervisors to discuss cases, share insights, and ensure that standards of care are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, formulating precise clinical diagnoses and constructing personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific needs and progress goals.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, delivering immediate support and safely guiding them through urgent scenarios.

• Keep accurate, confidential client records compliant with ethical and legal standards, including detailed progress notes and clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating perspectives and treatment strategies for optimal outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, therapy options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and best interests when necessary.

• Commit to professional growth through ongoing training, workshops, and relevant development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your contributions will directly influence clients’ mental wellness, helping them to develop coping mechanisms, enhance emotional intelligence, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license in Kansas as a mental health therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Demonstrated mastery in clinical assessment and diagnosis, along with robust therapeutic skills.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
